Let us make your time on the lake all the more enjoyable by providing your choice of beverages, snacks, appetizers, salads, sandwiches, treats, morning selections, and more ready for you to enjoy – no fuss, no hassle!! Your selections will be on board the Pontoon in appropriate hot/cold containers with all the paper goods you’ll need to have a great experience.
Ask about our monthly featured specials. We can also discuss any favorites you’d like us to prepare for you. All our food selections take into consideration being easy to hold and serve while on the lake.
All orders must be received and paid for 48 hours prior to your departure.
Beverage Choices
We are pleased to be able to offer you some beverage selections to enjoy while on the lake. We do not provide alcohol-based options. Remember that drinking alcohol and boating is not a good idea. We also do not offer any canned or bottled beverages because of pollution problems on the lakes.
Coffee or Cappuccino
Freshly brewed and available by the thermos.
Herbal Lemon Water
Several fresh herbs and lemons muddled in spring water to provide a healthy, refreshing thirst quencher. Available in a thermos.
Iced Tea
Freshly brewed, available prepared with your choice of lemon, sugar, raspberry, or as sweet tea in a gallon thermos.
Juices
Ask about our selection, available chilled in a thermos.
Lemonade
Fresh-squeezed and available by the thermos.
Toni’s Bloody Mix
We’ll prepare our fantastic secret recipe of tomato juice blended with special seasonings, and a variety of incredible garnishes (Sorry, no alcohol provided, but this is so good you won’t miss it!)

Blueberry Muffins
Freshly baked and stuffed with fresh blueberries. Sold by the dozen.
Captains Breakfast Wrap
A large flour tortilla stuffed with hash browns, cheese, veggies (mushrooms, onions, bell peppers), scrambled eggs, breakfast sausage, and bacon, mixed with our special sauce, folded and grilled.
Crew Quiche
Your choice of our traditional Spinach, with onion and Swiss cheese in a flaky crust, or Sun-dried Tomatoes in a crispy potato crust with ham, multi-cheese blend, and green onions. Each quiche serves six.
Gigantic Cinnamon Rolls
Fresh baked from scratch with our own delicious frosting oozing all over each roll. Sold by the half dozen.
Mini Ham and Egg Bites
Ham and cheese baked right into the muffin. Sold by the half dozen.
Pastry Platter
A tray filled with a selection of freshly made donuts and pastry – just tell us how many you’d like on your tray. Choose from Apple Fritters, Bear Claw, Bismark, Danish (plain or fruited), Cake Doughnuts, Crullers, Long Johns (chocolate or white frosting and filled with cream, or not), Persians, Strudel Sticks, or Twists.

A wonderful assortment of Wisconsin made cheese curds and sausage stick bites ready to enjoy. [Choose from Bloody Mary Cheddar, Cajun Cheddar, Cheddar, Garlic Cheddar, Garlic & Dill Cheddar, Habanera Cheddar, Jalapeno Cheddar, and/or White Cheddar curds AND BBQ, Beef, Garlic Beef, Honey Ham, Hot Beef, Pepperoni, and/or Teriyaki sausage sticks}

Caprese Skewers
Cheese filled tortellini pasta, cherry tomatoes, basil leaves, salami and pitted olives all threaded onto skewers and doused in our special seasoned dressing. Order by the dozen.
Cobb Salad Kabobs
Featuring all the classic elements of a Cobb Salad – iceberg lettuce, hard boiled eggs, bacon, avocado, and tomatoes all on a kabob stick. Comes with your choice of dressing dip: Ranch, Western or Blue Cheese. Order by the dozen.
Crusin’ Shrimp Cocktail
One dozen perfectly prepared chilled shrimp and our homemade cocktail sauce with lemon wedges.
Giant Pretzel Platter:
A freshly prepared giant pretzel with Honey Mustard Dipping Sauce, Beer Cheese Pretzel Dip, radishes, baby carrots, celery sticks, grape clusters and pistachio nuts.
Hummus Stuffed Peppers:
Assorted mini peppers are split, seeded and stuffed with homemade hummus.
Salad Options
Salads are great as a light lunch or dinner! Available to serve four, six, or more.
Asian Yum-Yum
Napa cabbage, onion, carrots, and toasted almonds tossed with fried Ramen noodles and a tangy Asian dressing. Available with or without grilled chicken pieces.
BLT
Our favorite creation mixes diced fried bacon, shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, macaroni pasta, and a seasoned mayo dressing.
Pizza Pasta Salad
This salad is packed with pasta, mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, tomatoes, black olives, parmesan cheese, and our very special Italian Pizza Dressing.
Red Quinoa
Mixed with Lentils, Citrus and Pomegranate over leaf lettuce with Fried Goat Cheese garnish.
Taco
forever favorite blend of seasoned beef or shredded chicken, diced tomato, shredded cheese, onion bits, black beans, chopped lettuce mixed with salsa dressing and topped with sliced black olives and crushed tortilla chips. Let us know what level of heat you prefer!!
Tortellini Pasta
A variety of fresh vegetables cut up and marinated in Italian dressing before being combined with cheese-filled tortellini pasta and sliced olives.
Tropical Wild Rice
A seaworthy blend of whole grain rice with macadamia nuts, coconut, dried pineapple, and dried cranberries, tossed in a special tropical seasoning blend. Seasonal fresh tropical fruit is then diced and added.
Sandwiches
Many have asked us about fixing hot dogs, brats, polish or burgers, but these items don’t hold as well and can be a bit difficult to serve while on the water. Feel free to ask about any favorites you would like and we’ll try to accommodate you.
BLT Bun
All your favorites – crispy bacon, fresh tomatoes, shredded garden lettuce on a brioche bun with lots of mayonnaise for you to enjoy while on the water.
Individual
A Split-Top Hard Roll is filled with your choice of one or two meats [bacon, beef, bologna, ham, pepperoni, roast beef, rotisserie chicken, salami, summer sausage, or turkey], one cheese choice [American, cheddar, provolone, Swiss, or pepper-jack], garnishes [lettuce, tomato, onion, dill pickles, bell pepper, mushrooms] and your choice of condiments [Butter, mayonnaise, ranch dressing, SRT Special Sauce, or vinegar & oil]. Each sandwich is individually wrapped and packed into a cooler until ready to eat.
Salad Spread Slider
Freshly prepared spreads using either roasted ham, grilled chicken, seafood, or smoked beef, on slider buns with lettuce, tomato and cheese individually wrapped.
Taco Wrap
Seasoned ground beef or chicken, shredded lettuce, onion, Mexican cheese blend, diced tomato and salsa all rolled into a flour tortilla.
Vegetable Cellophane Rolls
Delightfully seasoned cucumbers, carrots, red cabbage, and avocado with a hint of jalapeno are all rolled in rice paper rolls for you to enjoy. Served with a Soy-Sesame-Sriracha sauce to dunk your rolls in.

Cookie Platter
Your choice of Chocolate Chip, Oatmeal Raisin, Old-Fashioned Sugar, Peanut Butter, Snickerdoodle, or a combination. Minimum order of 18 cookies.
Freshly Baked Pie
Strawberry-Rhubarb, Blueberry, Dutch Apple, Faye’s Lemon, Maple Pecan, Peach, or Shoofly. Each pie serves 6 people.
Homemade Turnovers
We love to prepare grandma’s recipe for Apple, Blueberry, Peach, or Strawberry filled turnovers. We can mix and match orders of 6 or more.
Meal Option Ideas
Gazpacho Soup
Delightful blend of garden ripe tomatoes, cucumbers, bell peppers, onion and parsley in a refreshing blend of tomato juice, red wine vinegar, garlic, and a pinch of jalapeno to give it just the right kick. Comes with freshly prepared croutons to garnish your soup with. Available to serve 4 or more.
Cold Salmon Platter
A fantastic portion of salmon that has been roasted and then sprinkled with little bits of bacon and goat cheese, served on a fresh cucumber salad.
Crab Louie
A Northwest classic! Fresh pieces of crab piled high on a bed of iceberg lettuce before being garnished with crispy bacon, tomato wedges, hard-cooked eggs, and black olives. Served with an old-fashioned Crab Louie dipping sauce for you to enjoy.
Pork Chops with Peach Chutney and Minted Orzo
What a seaworthy dish! The orzo is cooked with lemon, butter, and fresh mint and chilled to become the base of your meal. It’s topped with two perfectly seasoned pork chops that are chilled and then topped with a great homemade peach chutney to give the chops a real zing.
Smoked Trout
Slightly salty, creamy and fresh, this meal elevates smoked trout to the next level. The smoked trout is served atop a blend of new potatoes, capers, onion, lemon, salad cress and parsley.
